Description
WARDOGS is a large‑scale first‑person shooter from BULKHEAD released by Team17. It mixes infantry fighting, vehicles, aircraft, base building, environmental destruction, close‑range voice chat and a persistent cash economy that carries over between matches. The WARDOGS can support up, to one hundred players split across three teams.
The central concept is simple: three teams compete to control an area that is chosen each match on a larger battlefield.. Reaching and keeping that objective can involve hand‑to‑hand firefights, armored vehicles, destruction, logistics and economic choices.
Maps and Control Zones
One important distinction is the difference between the battlefield and the active Control Zone.The official description says the battlefield has a size of up to 256 km² while the active Control Zone is a 2×2 km area, inside the bigger map.
