Description

Sine Mora EX is the version of the highly praised side‑scrolling shoot‑em‑up Sine Mora. It mixes arcade shooting with a unique time‑based survival system letting players control time while battling through seven stages full of enemies, hazards and big boss fights. The EX edition adds local two‑player co‑op, new versus modes, widescreen support and other improvements.

This creates a rhythm, than standard bullet‑hell shooters. You do not simply try to dodge every projectile. You also must decide when to attack, when to use abilities and when to manipulate time.

Story

Sine Mora EX tells a story on Seol, a planet that’s in a war between the strict Layil Empire and the Enkie people. Sine Mora EX follows people who’re part of two separate resistance groups. One part of the story is about Ronotra Koss, who wants revenge after his son is killed. The other part is, about Akyta Dryad, an Enkie fighter who fights against the Empire.

Sine Mora EX has a style because the Enkie can change time. Because of that scenes jump between moments and viewpoints instead of following a simple time order.
