Description

Binarystar Infinity is a retro shoot‑em‑up that focuses on quick arcade action, tough enemy patterns, weapon upgrades and co‑op play. Ricci Cedric Design made it and Forever Entertainment released it. The game first came to PC and Nintendo Switch on February 4 2021 to PS4 in November 2021 and finally to Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S in May 2023.

A Binarystar Infinity standout feature is that you can choose to play each stage in either vertical scrolling, which gives the same arcade formula a fresh look, from two different angles.

Story and Premise

The moon Talios, the moon in the player’s system has been destroyed by an unknown mothership. The pilots of the Binarystar Space Force are sent out to investigate the threat. They must respond with strategy. Fight back to destroy the mysterious invader.

The Binarystar Infinity story is kept simple on purpose. The focus is not, on a cinematic experience. It’s all about the arcade gameplay. The action is fast. The fights are intense. The goal is to keep players engaged with responsive combat. The narrative supports the gameplay, not the way around.
