Description

Shroom and Gloom is a first‑person roguelike deckbuilder that uses a double‑deckbuilding system.Shroom and Gloom lets me play with two decks of one. One deck is for Combat the other is for Explore. While I wander through mushroom worlds Shroom and Gloom lets me manage both decks.

Game makes exploration more important, than roguelike card games. I find that what I decide when I am not fighting in Shroom and Gloom can change the outcome of my run.

Story and Premise

This game does not seem to follow a cinematic RPG story. Instead the game is about stepping into a fungal world that has odd enemies underground areas and a secret place called The Gloom.The story is much, about exploring, meeting characters finding things in the environment and dealing with the strange creatures that live in the dungeon.
