Description

Super Mario Maker 2 is a level‑creation and platforming game where you play, share and discover side‑scrolling Super Mario courses. Super Mario Maker 2 mixes Mario platforming with a strong course editor letting players create everything from simple classic levels to very technical challenge stages.

The biggest difference from a Mario game is that players are not stuck with only Nintendo‑designed levels. The Course World community offers a collection of user‑created stages from beginner‑friendly levels, to extremely difficult precision challenges.

Story Mode

Super Mario Maker 2 has a single‑player story mode.

The story starts when Princess Peachs new castle is accidentally destroyed. Mario and his friends then try to rebuild the castle by finishing courses and gathering coins. Nintendo says that Story Mode has, than one hundred new courses.
