ABSURDIKA does not rely on an arsenal. ABSURDIKA keeps combat simple. The only weapon available is a chainsaw.The protagonists signature weapon is a chainsaw. The chainsaw can be used in two attack styles as stated in the official description.

ABSURDIKA: Rebuild Story Explained

The story ABSURDIKA: Rebuild starts with a day. The protagonist is coming home from work when a bright flash suddenly lights up the sky.After the flash the protagonist finds himself in a place that’s completely unfamiliar and the protagonist holds a chainsaw.

Of treating fear as an abstract idea the game turns fear into enemies and challenges that the player must physically overcome. This is especially clear with the games conflict themes.The strange narrative also explains why the game feels disconnected from conventional storytelling. The purpose is less, about presenting a world and more about creating a surreal journey through the protagonists imagination.
